Apalachee

Culmeta’s take on the Russian matryoshka doll. The Apalachee is a three-piece set, where the smallest piece fits neatly inside the second smallest, which in turn slides easily into the largest of the boards. The largest piece is a smooth bamboo cutting board with enough space to handle a wide range of kitchen project, while the middle piece is a lighter rubberwood that’s easier to maneuver. The “baby” piece is ideal for small jobs on limited counter space, or as a cheese plate or appetizer platter.
