The Savannah offers a unique twist on the typical cutting board style. Food-grade silicon rubber pads grip counter and table surfaces, while keeping the board’s underside elevated, and thus clean and dry. The result is a reversible board that easily allows for the cutting of both raw and cooked foods at the same time. Its rubberwood material provides durability, strength and a natural resistance to bacteria and germs. A hand-carved groove on one side serves as a juice trough, while the rubber pads double as a means of preventing knives and cutting instruments from sliding off the board.
